$5 per month, flat. No per-child pricing, no tiers, no setup fees. A center with 40 children pays the same $5/month as a center with 10 children. 14-day free trial with full access, no credit card required. You can also purchase directly if you prefer.
Is my data safe with Center Notes?
All documentation data stays in your browser — nothing is uploaded to our servers. Your observations, daily logs, and incident reports never leave your device. The only server-side data is your center access code and trial registration email.
What modules are included?
All 8 modules are included on every plan: Weekly Observations, Weekly Intentions, Parent Response Snippets, AI Weekly Summary Formalizer, Daily Care Log, Incident & Accident Report, Developmental Milestones, and Attendance Register. No module is locked behind a higher tier.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Center Notes runs in any web browser on any device — phone, tablet, or computer. Sign up, get your access code, and start documenting immediately. There's no app store download, no software update, no IT setup.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No contracts, no cancellation fees. Cancel from your portal settings at any time. Your data stays on your device even after cancellation — we can't delete it because we never had it.
